Well here’s a thought , unless these high rise buildings are going to be the premium ones that the wealthy choose to live in, that’s fine , but I suspect wealthy would in most cases would rather have a big house or a mansion. What family would want to live in horrible high rise commission flats ? You have a dividing wall between yourself and your neighbours , when they make noise you hear it . Not to mention with high rise flats , often they are a haven for Slums , and crime . I’d put a crisp 20 on it Jacinta doesn’t live in crappy high rise apartments 😊.
