Happy Samjackshipday! I am so happy that I was able to participate! I wanted to make a video of them for such a long time, and decided upon using the song "Fire on Fire" by Sam Smith. It was really the starting lyrics that reminded me of Jack and Sam;

It's incredible to rewatch the series and see how strong of a bond Jack and Sam have formed. I have never seen two make each other smile and laugh as much as they do. They are soulmates in every reality and the purest relationship I have ever seen. Name a better ship. I'll wait
I must first credit Dara, aka ‪@HostilePoet17‬ for helping me make this video! I practically rewatched all of her Jack and Sam videos to get inspiration to my own. Many of the parallels I used were inspired by hers.
The parallels are perhaps my favorite thing about Jack and Sam's love story. How every moment, every quote, can be tied to another, to show how some things change, and others stay the same. It is beautiful, and poetic, much like Jack and Sam's love story.
I must also credit Dani, aka ‪@QueenOfHearts23‬ for the transition idea at 1:02. That moment where Jack turns away is so powerful, and Dani's editing technique captured the emotion of that scene perfectly. Thank you.
Lastly, and most importantly, I must give most of the credit to Jan, aka x.ph3onixscenepacks on Instagram. When I found her Jack and Sam scenepacks, I nearly cried. She had every moment for every season, perfectly organized. My heart melted! And everything was in AMAZING quality. You are an absolute goddess. Thank you!
No matter how old I get, Jack and Sam's love story always holds a special place in my heart. They were my first ship, and exactly what I would define true love as. You can see it in the way they look at each other, and how they make the other smile. In every reality, in every story, they are together. Some things are meant to be, and Jack and Sam are one of those things.
