On this epsiode of BMX Racing Over 40, I covered the annual Jack Frost race at Egg Harbor BMX N.J. There was so much footage to edit on this one I juat left it raw. I got some cool behind the scenes interviews and asked a bunch of riders about what got them into racing. We had a great time at EHT and the track was riding awesome as usual.

Soo cool..raced bmx in 1979 to 1983. Then started motocross..I retired motocross in 2022..maybe back to bmx just maybe

Glad you made it out! My daughter was racing 10nov, she finished 2nd and my wife was scoring. Was our first Jack Frost and despite the rain before mains it was a great time!

These are so great AL ! Like others, a bmx’r from the mid 80’s and love to see the older guys going at it and acting like kids !! Awesome turnout for moto’s. Keep up the great content. Wish i was in an area that had this amount of BMX interest still
