I actually saw this sketch out the day before I saw the movie, and I thought this was funny, I heard from previews Jack was VERY evil but I figured this was just Doobus usual brand of exaggarated absurdism. Then I see the movie and BOY did I have egg on my face when it dawns on me that Jack and Ethic practically ARE Doobus-characters. This sketch was not exaggaration or parody- it's just their dynamic. We got Doobus Goobus in my Dreamworks, and it is terrifying AND hilarious.

Though if we’re trying to be as evil as possible, wait until the end of the gestation period, so they have a full 9 months of agony, knowing they’ll see a child perish as it is brutalised with a thousand slashes, right in front of their eyes at the end of it… and hold them hostage in terrible conditions for 2 years since discovery. Though it does give a deadline for those that didn’t want the baby in the first place, And people will try to hide it or try to give birth in secret if they want it, or get the baby aborted illegally if they don’t, because in both cases, they’re probably going to like not being put in a box for 2 years. Also, the issue of it being normalised… Why am I even dealing in this hypothetical?

In spanish the voice belongs to Francisco Colmenero, a 90 years old man who has voiced every toon during our childhood. He was wonderful with this character, providing an honest, reliable voice that could also show incredible outrage when necessary.

The Ethical Bug (yes that is his name in the movie) did go through an arc in the movie realizing some people are beyond saving and actually helped deal the final blow to Jack alongside the Phoenix Jack used as a flamethrower

Each antagonist is a different type of villain in movies. Jack is the comically evil villain and comic relief, Goldilocks is the sympathetic villain with there own back story and motivations, and death is the scary as fuck villain that is metaphorically and literally a force of nature that can not be stopped.

I'd say its basically the oppisite reason but same confusion, I don't want to kill babies and I don't want certain women to suffer under pregnancies they had no control of. its jacks perpective just the oppisite moraly.
