God bless, this man! A wonderful classy tribute. I wholeheartedly agree with this man. RIP, Jack Russel! Thank you for staying authentic and for the music you put out. It will forever be a part of my teen age years. You are already missed. God bless, Jack Russell and his family. And his friends. ✝️❤️🔥🕊⚡️👑🐦😸🥰🌻😇💕
I remember hearing “House of broken love” back in the day, and thinking what a great ballad and what a voice….That made me go out and buy the album “Twice shy” and then “Once bitten”. Great band, great music
Nice one Phil, great tribute to Jack. I loved Great White back in the day and I remember hearing Rock ME on the Friday Rock Show (I think it was Tommy Vance then). RIP Jack
❤❤❤RIP Jack I was living in Southern California when substitute came out the EP for Great White and stick it such a raw sound man. I love this man. It was so sad. What these guys did to Jack
Hi Phil, Rock me is a classic track never got to see Great White live but still play their music to this day great band sad day, fitting tribute has always Phil 👍
Nice tribute. I saw Great White as an opener for Judas Priest while supporting their debut album and again a few years later on a big arena tour with Tesla. Great band. I always thought "Shot In The Dark" was their best release. 🎤
Hi Phil, yes totally agree about thier image being different fro many bands from that period. The ep Out of the Night, had the rereleased US import one Down on Your Knees, that & self titled first album & the Twice bitten. were fantastic hard blues rock., and yes he had an amazing voice. RIP Jack.
At the end of the day what I loved most is they were Rock and Roll! Fabulous singer and person. Saw them live on the Twice Shy tour with Tesla. Great memories.
Hi Phil - yeh a terrible disease. As you say, you just don't know what's around the corner, and as I always say - "Every Day Above Ground Is A Good Day" Cheers
Saw great white as support to alice cooper mid 80s they were superb they kind of reminded me of a rockier led zeppelin rip jack Russell you will be missed
