Trump is not in trouble for mishandling documents. He is in trouble because he refused to return them *AND* conspired to hide them to prevent the government from retrieving them. I'm not a Democrat and even I can see the difference between the two cases.

@@michaelgomez3044 I've seen the report that was filed. It was not tampering with evidence. Some evidence shifted in the boxes and may be out of order. This is because some of the items were small and packed in the boxes haphazardly in the first place. The evidence gatherers are required to try and put it back the way they found it, but if the way they found it cannot preserve the order, there can be issues. However, the original order was preserved with photographs. This is a common thing and that is why they take photos. Even if this were found to be an issue (which it won't), Jack Smith was not the one who personally repacked the boxes, so he wouldn't be guilty of "tampering". Trust me, if there had actually been any tampering, Cannon would have already called a mistrial... but she can't because this is just routine when the evidence was not packaged in a "safe" manner in the first place.

No one is above the law. The reason Jack Smith exists is to bring people in power to be held accountable to the law. He and his team has to prove to a jury that Trump is guilty and Trump may or may not be. To say otherwise is to either not understand what the ideal of the Justice System is supposed to be or to be a traitor. If you were in Trump's position, you would already be in a cell waiting for trial. We already have examples of what happens when people allegedly steal classified documents. Trump is being treated far better than any previous example. If we are being honest, based on what I heard, Trump is cooked. If or when he goes to trial, he will be swiftly found guilty. Trump may have some hail Marys but from what I have read and seen, I don't see how the jury could not find him guilty. But we don't have all of the facts and until the trial we can't. We only know what Jack Smith has given. The attempt to stop the trial all together is better spent reforming the Justice system. We shouldn't be one of the worst prison systems. Someone innocent shouldn't be traumatized by an uncaring, apathetic system. If you are innocent and found guilty then at most, you lose a few years. We have too many examples of people being found innocent who spent their entire lives behind bars.

Even if there were 100,000 people, it doesn't necessarily mean they were in attendance as supporters. The guy is a cheap free comedy show; they say you'v got to see it to believe.
