the punchline is 10000% funnier if you have seen the public pool sign bit first. i've seen the whole show on netflix and this last bit had me crying from laughing
because he was always gattering with working class friends during his teenagehood even his posh parent tried hard to get him involved with his same class .He mention that in one of his show 🥰
To top it off the joke before this was about a sign in a hotel swimming pool that says "ppl with active diarrhoea r not allowed" and jack was talking about how absurd the sign aas
Thanks for the context. Explains why people laughed so hard. Lol! I was a bit confused. It’s aways great when a comedian connects a story to a previous one told in their performance/s.

Oh. My. God. This is the first I have ever seen or even heard of this Jack Whitehall. I was just in the mood for stand up comedy and wanted to listen to some comics that I've never heard before. So I searched "up and coming stand up comedians", turned auto play on, and 5 or 6 reccomended videos later I am listening to some guy talk about the second biggest explosion to ever happen in Chernobyl. From the way he described it, I think I would have prefered to be there the first time around if I was forced to choose. Wow, what an introduction to Mr Whitehall. Good day to you all. I am off to binge a bunch of his videos. P.S. what a good son!!!
@@epiccollision that's actually how it's supposed to be pronounced in general. I don't care how the show says it but, in the Russian language there are no long vowel sounds like A E I O U (the capital pronunciation ) so CCherNobble is technically the correct way to say it
Micheal Whitehall is a legend I have a feeling that his journey with his dad will turn out to be one of a childrens comedy book series or a cartoon in the next 30 years .
Love the shit out of Jack Whitehall, but I just noticed tonight that his inhales often sound like Brainy from "Hey Arnold" and I will never be able to escape that noise
More than likely that's not actually what Jack said, this was the last bit in the special and he already said that after this his father had to be taken to the hospital.
May I know if every english has gone through a diarrhea situation including a microphone, because i've heard this one and Greg Davies', and I would sincerely love to hear some more.
Really? Because I got made fun of, and was often asked if I was spoiled so instead i say daddy when I am at home or say the spanish translation of daddy it doesn't sound as "bad".
Wait is it just me or does his breathing sound kind of shaky at times when he's taking a deep breath inbetween sentences? I've only noticed because he had Corona and this must be one of his last performances which means he might have already been infected here ? 😳😅
Don't you worry Jack, after Russians literally dug themselves in in those highly radioactive forests just because, your story is definitely not the craziest one. You and your honorable father at least had a good reason. P.S. it's Ukraine not "the Ukraine" and Chornobyl not Chernobyl, though I'm sure it's more or less known by now
@@Sueiza what does this have to do with masculinity it's weird when women call their dad daddy it's childish don't try to make me out to be a incell or anything because you disagree with me
I mean, I realize the situation. But that's just downright disrespectful. I've been to the zone, and it's horrifying about the way some visitors treat the place. Funny comedy, but still they ought to take more precautions. EDIT: Though this is by far a mild example. I can forgive it considering the circumstances.
Oh dear! Jack, you should not turn this horrific experience into a joke at your daddy’s expense, especially publicly. Your father is a dignified man & it’d be a nightmare for him to know that you’ve told the whole world about it. Some things are better left unsaid, or kept as family secrets.
I think his dad might be okay with it. And knowing comedy he might have exaggerated some parts(or maybe not) but yah hopefully his dad and family allowed this to be shared
