Graham: I can almost guarantee that literally anything that has ever, EVER even tangentially been mentioned in relation to Star Trek has at some point shown up in STO. It's basically where every dropped story thread and forgotten reference goes to eventually be developed into an entire storyline. It's awesome.
A really long time ago, I used to have freeform poetry buttons I made from taping magazine cutout words onto buttons, one of which was "50% off open heart surgery & laser eye removal". Also used to have one that read "The terrified satellite remembers having teeth"
