JACKED LIKE A GORILLA - NO ONE BUILT LIKE HIM & NEVER WILL BE - RONNIE COLEMAN
In this video, we covered his biography, diet and nutrition, workout routine, and achievements.
Eight-time Mr. Olympia Ronnie Coleman was one of the most dominant bodybuilders of the ’90s and 2000s. His training videos gained widespread popularity, inspiring countless bodybuilding enthusiasts to adopt “The King‘s” intense workout routines.
Even today, Coleman’s accomplishments remain a hot topic among gym-goers, with many of his old training videos amassing tens of millions of views on RU-vid.
Coleman was a bodybuilder who lifted like a powerlifter. He enhanced the high-intensity training style pioneered by Dorian Yates, pushing the weights even further with max lifts on the deadlift and squat that few could match.
During his Olympia reign, he combined the high reps typical of bodybuilders with the heavy weights favored in powerlifting. Often, his training philosophy could be summed up in one simple principle: Lift heavier every day.

@@keithpetersen560 The problem with Ronnie's current condition is that most of it was just him being an idiot with his training. Training while injured, training when he clearly heard and felt problems in his back. A lot of his problems could have been mitigated or completely avoided if he had been more responsible with his training, and he might have had an even longer career. Then you look at the fact that his diet was shit and his rep ranges, ROM, and weight he was using were all suboptimal for building mass based on our current understanding of sports science, and if he had fixed a lot of that too, he maybe could have been even bigger and better.

The guys today take heavier drugs than the guys back then. His body is beat up from damaging it and never seeing the doctors or listening to them, and just continuing to force himself to go really heavy, even when he was in extreme pain and having trouble walking. I see no reason he should be dead by now though. He's in misery though.

*** IMPORTANT NOTE *** 📝 In his latter years Ronnie should have turned to a plant-based diet. Now today with the advanced technology we have we are finding out that the plant-based diet is more sufficient for the athletes while providing their muscles more oxygen , while pumping blood saturated with oxygen to the muscles. It also doubles your stamina and endurance.. it also changes the skin tone making it flexible to eliminate a lot of stretch marks !!! it also not only flushes your gut system out, but it heals the gut which the whole body runs off of. If there’s a struggling athlete or anyone want to take your thing to the next level switch over to a plant-based diet and keep records of improvements after a certain period of time then compare notes to before and after !!! It even changes your mood also. Now, don’t give me wrong I’m not saying never eat meat.

He injured his spine late 90s and didn't see a doctor for like a decade. Instead of seeing real doctors, he went to a chiropractor (pseudoscience). Finally, a doctor did a procedure on the damaged part of his spine which damaged the part above it, then did the same procedure on that part, then that was damaged, then the part above was damaged again, that was repeated 13 something times. What was done was irreversible. There's your answer. Many golden age bodybuilders are still walking healthy and strong in their 60s, 70s and 80s.
