Basically he only speaks Cantonese, Mandarin and English. Couple of words on different languages doesn't mean "speaking". But Jackie is the man, no deny in that.

So is B2 like fluency or ....
I'm a huge Jackie fan and he speaks English better than I'll ever speak Cantonese but for a rich person from HK he doesn't speak English especially well.
It appears that he’s “only” really able to speak English, mandarin, and Cantonese. I use the word only loosely. The rest of the languages, he just seems to be listings words he knows but is nowhere near fluent.
Some agree with you. His German, Spanish, and Japanese are just a combination of words. Food names and things like that, but he speaks Korean quite well. He learned Korean when he was young, so he would have spoken better then than now, but even now, he understands Korean very well.
I've heard that he lived in Thailand for a short time when he was a kid, that's why he knows Thai, he may not speaks fluently but he does understand everything you say.
Jackie Chan first learn English on building sights in Australia. It's also where he got his English 1st name from as well. Us Aussies love giving people nicknames and as no one could pronounce his Chinese name they called him Jack which later became Jackie.
Oh and he spoke fluet French as a child because his best friend until he was 7 was the French ambassador's daughter at the consulate where his parents were more or less servants.
Cantonese it's his mother language and mandarin his second language, he's native level in both. English is fluent but in this clip doesn't sound like a native, but very fluent of course.

he doesnt speak spanish. he knows a few words. i know a few words in russian, i dont speak russian. i know a few words in japanese. i dont speak japanese.

I lived in Asia for twelve years. Do they ever have a boner for foreigners speaking their language. Once I said a sentence and a guy sitting on the floor started shaking like he was having a seizure and a woman in an elevator almost fainted (not exaggerating).
Kind of misleading. He's not making sentences in any languages except what you'd expect: Cantonese, then Mandarin, and -somewhat...English. I lived in Japan and Korea and he's just listing off basic things that anyone who'd traveled there should know. I am surprised by his Thai though! Actually better than I expected!
