Natalie is one example of true natural talent. She has been one of the best actresses in the world since she was a child, and has managed to stay at the top for so many years. I hope this will be her second Oscar. Simply beautiful.

I watched this movie as I was 5 months pregnant in 2017, by far the most realistic performance of a woman after losing her husband! Its was a shame she didn't get an Oscar for this!

Oh my God, this gave me chills... amazing performance of Natalie Portman, it makes me feel proud of been chilean and compatriot of director Pablo Larraín!

I love the director's use of the camera, it's a close-up to make us see things in an intimate way as if we're invited in and this effect is helped by the warm vintage coloring. I appreciate this effort because it's different from the symmetrical shoots that are usually favored in movies. Also, Natalie's interpretation is amazing.

I just saw this at the cinema. Go. Go and see it. The script is great. The soundtrack- I actually cried a few tears because this film is so well done. Easily one of the best of the year. Natalie deserves at least an Oscar nomination.

Emma Stone was fantastic in La La Land but I definitely think Nathalie Portman deserved the Oscar. Her performance gave me chills.

Just saw it. I was transported. I cried the entire film. I stopped seeing Natalie Portman and I only saw the Jackie Kennedy. This should win the Oscar.

I was hoping it would cover her later years after John's death,including John Jr death and how much she had lost and went through. Jackie O Kennedy was a unique person who's life had so much pain that I'm just glad someone is doing a real depiction of it.

My favorite actress!

I've seen "Jackie" and it was impressive. The film focuses about the wife of John F. Kennedy who lost her husband during the assassination in 1963. She seeks her point of view that she lost her husband, and she can't find a way to be happy just to be very emotional character whether she can be calm or do something to be okay. Natalie Portman done a great job for portraying as the true story of Jackie Kennedy. She captured her performance to be a depressing First Lady who seeks that her husband died and she made her acting very well done. The acting is very well done, the sequence done so well to be taken in the early 60's, and the movie is beyond dark and very gripping that it makes it shock of how did it happened. It's more of study biopic that can tell a story that should be more important. The director, Pablo Larraín did a impressive job for making his feature tribute of Jackie Kennedy, and I'm hoping that he will get an Oscar Nod and so does Natalie Portman who did a fantastic job. Overall, a very depressing biopic movie. [100] 👍👍 ⭐

Natalie Portman nailed this one. I had seen so very many portrayals of these events but this was earth shattering and so much of that is due to the amazing performance of Natalie Portman.

How especially relatable now since America is mourning

This is the most beautifully put together trailer that I have seen in quite some time. It evokes so much emotion in just two and a half minutes. Definitely seeing this movie.

I'm guessing why some won't see it is bc they suspect it will be exploitive; not realizing - not believing this is a respectful piece of Art that Jackie and John deserve.

Can't wait to see this, Natalie Portman always takes her work seriously. This film looks draining, but I trust her that she will do this women justice.

Just seen the movie last night and I loved it! Love Natalie's performance, the music and the Kodac cinematography.

Watched this movie Sunday and I have to say I really loved it. Not enjoyed it because its really depressing but very good. I have always been very critical of Portman's acting but she is so good in this you actually feel you are watching Jackie Kennedy. She deserved the Oscar this year more than even with Black Swan but the sad thing is she will lose. She really deserves to win.

Can't wait to see this with my mom! She was 13 when President Kennedy was assassinated. Apparently was in her school classroom and everybody was sent home with the news that he had been killed. Poor Jackie! 😢 Good job, Natalie Portman for taking on such a powerful role!

Pablo Larrain is good at making her lead female characters look and sound exactly the same as the person they're portraying. This is the best example, we'll see how Kristen Stewart will do in Spencer.

Hopefully in a couple of decades we will get a movie on the 2016 election. This election was so interesting it actually deserves its own movie.
