Well done. The table looks tight, sturdy and stable. Wonder what kind of wood was used, and what wood types would she suggest to look for in order to keep the table as light in weight as possible. Love the fact that the top surface can easily be replaced with new. Almost hate to fold it away. It should be out to be displayed. Kudos to Jackie!
Patrick and Tony, Thanks for your interest, but I don't have a set of plans to share right now. I will be happy to share them when available in the future. -jackie
Jack C I was wondering if you ever got around to creating plans for this table? it is such a beautiful piece of furniture, you did such a good job. If I had a set of plans I would try making one, but it wouldn't look as good as yours!
Beautiful workmanship. I see lots of love was put into this piece. Do you have plans for this design you can share? I would love to build one of these.
Madam Jackie, are you selling this collapsible mahjongg table?... I have been trying to find one like this... I hope you are selling this...thanks. I am big fan...
Hi! I've just recently started to play Mahjong and I am looking around for a mahjong table that I can carry around and be able to put into storage without it taking much space. I was wondering if Jackie has her own online store that I can purchase this table from???
@@YoavSamuelLiberman I am very interested in replicating this sort of design as a wedding gift for family members. Id like to be able to credit jackie for her beautiful furniture by purchasing a set of plans. If non are available, a basic set of measurements would go a long way.
As to this day there are no plans, I will try to rebuild this masterpiece and share the plans with you. It will be tough to build without any plans and I will try my best to come as close as possible to this. All credits to Jackie, as I will steal her idea to the last extent! See you in a few months!
Hi Marcell, I am sorry you are disappointed but unfortunately I don't have them. The planes were formulated by my students in a class I taught 5 years ago. She might not have them or she may not have the time to upload them on the web. Please share your plans with me when you finished building the table and I will be happy to publish them and give you credit for them on my blog and in this you tube video. Good luck! Yoav
Unfortunately I think it was a one-of-a-kind project. I tried to interest a woodworking magazine in letting her publish an article about the table. So far it has not happened. That said, I will pass on your question to Jackie and maybe she will like to build another one?
Awesome Yoav, This table is awesome for the occasional player, put it up and when you have an event just bring it out. Thanks for asking for me Yoav, much appreciated. Kevin
