Thank you for your video! It was great to watch and listen to your review process! One thing I have found: the DS Neutral Tint is wonderful for creating shadow and will mix beautifully to make a deeper colour for anything you add it to! It adds a lot of depth to other colours where you want some contrast but not to switch colours. Thanks for posting this! I'm going to try some of the Jackson's brushes now!

Thanks so much for this excellent review. I’m somewhat new to watercolour in tubes, so am curious to know if you would save the paint left in your palette and just re-wet them next time? Or discard?

Hello! With Daniel Smith paints you can re-wet, which is not true of all brands when it somes to tubes. The problem I have however, is that I never need the same colours & mixes for two paintings in a row 🤨

It’s been a while Daniel Smith has been claiming their watercolor to be vegan at least from 2017. That would mean there’s no ox-gall, animal glycerine neither honey. This is for elders that have been painting with DS watercolors for a long time. Have you perceived any difference regarding this watercolor performance from the old tubes to the new tubes?

Hello, as far I have been experiencing, their paints are still as good as ever, the colours as bright and the handling is the same... I have only been using them about 10 years, so before that, I wouldn't know the difference.
