If HBCUs are good enough for the players it is good enough for the coaches - the players should not be alone in efforts to resurrect HBCUs. We pursue policies that has us WILLFULLY sending the best of our resources (human or otherwise) to others under the misguided principles that our institutions are merely minor leagues or G-league affliates wherein everyone is working hard to be noticed and hopefully called to a PWI. WITH THAT LINE OF THINKING WE WILL NEVER "LEVEL THE PLAYING FIELD" because we aren't trying too, we are satisfied if one or two individuals get a job in white spaces.
