T.C., Willie and JJ get into life at Jackson State post-Deion, recruitment, what T.C. was most nervous when he first got the job, his approach to dealing with overzealous parents of the players, his thoughts on some of the comments Deion made about Jackson in interviews and much more! For someone who didn’t like football but enjoyed the way Coach Prime had love for the young men and people, I watched JSU. Coach Prime tried to make everyone better and bring a light to HBCUs. The era of Coach Prime was during a pandemic… how soon we forget….

I will have to disagree with Coach TC on the financial question. We as a HBCU community should not be on this “it is what it is way of thinking”… like it or not our HBCU communities need training in area’s of financial management. Our people and administration know little to nothing about ad revenue, media contracts, percentage base incentives, etc… and the use of sports at our institutions and how those sports can bring millions into the university, state, and city. In the HBCU arena add on how our people graduate from school in debt and can’t even find a career that pays good within our own fields. That impacts another stream of income for our institutions because the graduates can’t contribute to Alumni giving. This is the bigger picture that we continue to sweep under the rug. Then there’s the political agenda to put a financial strain on HBCUs.

Let’s not forget that HBCUs is the only place where this happens, stop pushing this narrative, there are many that graduate from PWIs with the same issues.

@@sonnicajones2963 I agree but the focus is HBCU…. Yes I can mention PWI but it won’t negate the facts about how a number HBCU’s should invest in implementation into every major that all student go through 4 phases of financial literacy no matter what the students major is. Our HBCU’s could also benefit from the Presidents going to some type of financial development that focuses on managing large budgets, decreasing debt and crowd fundraising. I’m saying this because I’m working on these things myself. My college debt will get paid off. But there’s a bigger picture about generating revenue, managing revenue and positive debt that many of our HBCU’s are missing. Many of us who graduated from a HBCU know this. I’m happy I went to an HBCU but I also know what they lack. My career has given me the Opportunity to learn these things about HBCU’s because I’ve been contracted by HBCU’s to help in the area of increase revenue and giving.

Which would have lifted up & brought Jackson State out of the RED & EXIST IN A PERPETUAL STATE OF BLACK.... No need for any deion hate because he tried but was prevented from upgrading & building new Facilities plus starting a Celebrity booster club at Jackson State because of prior plans from a corrupt & evil Administration & former President Thomas Hudson because of Jealousy, Envy & Ego! TC Taylor had his Coaching ability questioned by a former Receiver in Quaydarius Davis but time will tell what he can do. I believe he has the Team this season who can win the Celebration Bowl. At the time when Coach Prime was at Jackson. The President of the school was playing magical #'s with the money that was coming in from the football dept. & probably overall. Because thieves don't decriminate which pot they will steal from. He & Prime butted heads because Prime called him out. It seems that everybody else figured that out after Prime left. Thats why that President lost his job... Also if your going to talk about the good, you shouldn't hide the bad. The only way things change if bad deeds are put on front street. Covering it up just helps the people that are in the wrong. THE BEST DISINFECTANT IS SUNSHINE !!! I noticed In you alls conversation you didnt mention the Football Infrastructure that Coach Prime was responsible for bringing to Jackson... 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔

Coach Prime calls everybody out on their 💩 it doesnt matter who it is or where it happens. Hell, he called out The Rose Bowl Management in Pasadena California, on National TV. When his players as well as the opposing teams valuables were stolen out of both locker rooms while the game was being played. He also told them they needed to reimburse all those players. I'm sure Management was embarrassed. But, why should something like that stay hidden ? Why keep the theives secret for them. It should cause Management to have much better Security. But, after mentioning it in the press a couple of times, the theives were found !!!

He was recommended to add them on behalf of an administration & former President in Thomas Hudson who didn't believe deion was coming until he did 😀 Know the facts & stop trying to bully people with a different thought process from yours.
