The reason they do what they did behind the but right there is literally cost. It’s the same fretboard they use for non-multiscale instruments. It’s just cheaper. And you’re correct: there is no zero fret on this guitar. The previous commenters don’t know what they’re talking about.
Yeah makes perfect sense. It is what it is. It's still a good guitar either way, I just don't care for that look of the fretboard wood being part of the headstock outside the fretboard lol.
Yeah I got it used for a decent price back in December but didn’t buy it on Sweetwater unfortunately. 8 strings are not for everyone. Im a 7 string guy but they have their use :) Thanks man!! 👍🎸
It’s a Schecter Blackjack ATX model. I no longer have it, but I’ve done a Slipknot cover with it and I got an even better guitar to replace it in one of my upcoming videos! :) Thanks for watching! Anthony
