In my most complex and difficult arrangement so far, I take the legendary Jacob Collier's "one-man band" to the next level by using the full capabilities of an Allen electronic organ to play one of his ten-part vocal arrangements live in a single take! It's no exaggeration that listening to this piece for the first time two years ago changed my life, and I'm very excited to finally be able to perform it myself.
For those curious about the mechanics that allowed me to do this, the organ includes a dial which can be used to adjust the pitch of the instrument gradually, as well as an "alternate tuning" stop which I use for just intonation in the final few bars.
