To day u have to eat much more of the health foods like veg/fruit than in the past to get the same nutritional value, some reports show that with some apple types u have to eat up to 20 apples to get the same value of one apple 25 years ago, for instance. The thing is it would cost very little more at the checkout to greatly increased the nutritional Value of those foods ( eg: bad apple still has to be grown, picked, boxed, transported, put on shelfs, ect.) and this should be highlighted much more with the supermarkets, it has become a race to the bottom for just a few cents, that has led to this loss of nutrition, that should not be.

People who have a hatred for national, democratic, self governing country's. I want us to set our own tariffs on food, clothing, footwear, oil, cigarettes and alcohol. We have a free health service a benefit system and public housing. It's imppsible to sustain those things when you have to allow anyone with an EU passport to live in the UK. Around 300,000 people a year settle here, that's a decent size city. You simply can not carry on this way. We need things to change or this country is on a path to destruction as a part of this failing political union. This reply only scratches the surface of the real issues. I have a tonne of other important reasons to leave. Fishing, farming, trade with non EU country's. US, EU and Chinese trade deals not to mention the commonwealth and former colonys. The queen is an EU citizen, That is illegal under our constitution. We have a foreign power making laws and governing over us, completely against our values and constitution. I don't like Junker, Borroso, van rumpoi, Barnier, verhofstadt. They are all greedy, corrupt, old, racist, right wing authoritarians pushing a left wing, socialist agenda. It's totally nuts.
