@@loturzelrestaurant I can give you an opinion but I don’t know if you would like it or understand it. You see it is hard for people to break free of the mind control or mindset of modern science. I know exactly what he thinks and how he thinks, and he is very trusting in mankind and very foolish for doing so. He would of course think I was just as foolish for what I believe so it is a fair perspective for me to understand that we both are opposite sides of the human condition. Anyone who has ever encountered cryptids, demonic spirits, unexplained paranormal activity or even ufos, knows science is a religion and they are less in touch with reality than even the least educated farmers on earth. I and those farmers all know that the reality of the world is far more advanced and vast than what our eyes and ears can measure or understand. Scientists are some of the least intelligent and least understanding people about basically everything, because the religion of science is based upon a false premise that reality is even measurable, or understandable at all. A person of faith KNOWS there are entities and entire ecosystems of spiritual forces both good and evil that scientists pretend do not exist. They are very real. They can kill people and cause sickness, they can lift objects and they can travel long distances in an instant. No scientist will ever admit the very basic fact that we are surrounded by millions of entities outside of our senses in dimensions only drugs or spiritual practices can even access or understand. Yet every single culture on earth since recorded history began KNOWS these things are very real and have existed since the beginning of our time on earth. So if religious people can accept such a simple reality, and scientific people deny such a basic fundamental aspect of reality, science is not objective or rational at all like they say, but rather irrational and superstitious themselves. The irony is that religious or spiritual people are actually pragmatic and logical about the simplest things that scientists deny to the point of pretending they don’t exist! It is a paradox, but the more research I have done only has proven to me that as intelligent as scientists might be in mathematics or chemistry ect. They are also the least perceptive and least intellectual people on earth, because they only accept what their senses show them to be true, whereas 99% of all phenomena in every possible dimension is invisible and almost always imperceptible to humans most of the time.

That’s because there is a difference between dreams and visions. Visions are always remembered as they are from God for a specific purpose. Dreams are just your subconscious mind’s way of dealing with things in your life.

Some angels appear as men. Some appear as “stars” and some as unthinkable beings, others as the form of animals. Some are the conventional beings we understand as “angels”. Angel just means “messenger”, so technically anyone who delivers a message from God is an “angel” at least by their actions, if not actually by their form.

@Joseph Paul You are completely correct. The biblical term from scriptures would be part of the bigger family just called the “Host of Heaven” or “Heavenly Hosts”. They are technically still called angels in the scriptures as a species of anything God made to live in Heaven as we are told God is surrounded by “ten thousand times ten thousand angels”, but that really just for us to get our mind around, because most of them don’t have the task of giving messages to us, but instead they give messages to each other and to God. Like cells in a body, they all have a job to do, but to us “angel” is something we misinterpret by either being too strict or way to vague with our definitions. It’s way my complicated then we usually realize. So anything “angelic” is a Heavenly host and because they all talk amongst themselves they technically still are “messengers” although we would usually not be involved in the conversation.

Greeks stories came way later than those in the scriptures, but they did write good stories. Jacob didn’t care about his own safety, the respect of his family or people, or his own honor, he wanted to get closer to God NO MATTER WHAT IT TOOK. Family-nothing, honor-lotta talk. Jacob was willing to be murdered by his brother and disowned by his father and live life on the run if it meant God would be with him. Turns out THAT is exactly the kind of ride or die God was looking for to bless. Esau only cares about what filled his belly today, no thought of God or the future, not one mention. Jacob didn’t care about today, he was willing to work 14 years for his wife, he was willing to not see a single prophecy fulfilled if it meant his descendants and future would be right with God Himself. That’s exactly why God chose Jacob. Questionable techniques and morals, sure, but he was willing to do whatever it took without physically doing any harm to anyone if it meant God would be with him. Esau never mentioned God at all. He just cried when he realized that he wasn’t as special as he thought he was just for popping out of the womb first.

@@Zorcon741 Actually Free will is not what you understand. A train has “free will” to derail off the tracks. A car has “free will” to go off the freeway. But the actual safe path is narrow. A train SHOULD stay on the tracks or it is doomed, a car SHOULD stay on the road or it’s likely to get damaged. You can CHOOSE to disobey God’s plan for you. But then you are outside of His protection and blessings the further you divert from His will. So if God is perfect and His plan is perfect, a person intentionally going away from that is only going to stumble into more chaos and destruction the further off the road or rails they intentionally go. Free will is the ability to make ANY decisions, but if there is only ONE perfect and right decision, all free will becomes truly is the right to f yourself and your life up. You have free will to make the right/good decisions by following God’s instructions, you also have the right to make the evil/bad decisions. Freedom doesn’t mean it’s a good idea to drive a car off the freeway or the train off the tracks. God only made one perfectly safe and paved road for each person, up to each of us whether we walk it.

Free will is the ability to choose the correct decisions OR go against them. One leads to destruction and the other leads to blessings. God lets each person decide if they will follow Him, who is perfect and admit that we are not, or go against Him, and follow our own foolishness out of pride. So God knows who is His and who isn’t, He knows who is on the fence either way. But He leaves the person that ability to choose freely between what is destructive ultimately and leads to death, or what is Holy and Righteous, and leads to life.

But if you follow the entire scriptures to the end it actually is the entire battle between the agrarian societies and the warlords (Kahn’s, Ru/Rus, Visigoth ect) because Esau and Jacobs descendants are at odds for the rest of the scriptures. They traded global supremacy many times in the scriptures. When food is gone, Jacobs agrarian descendants can make more, Esau’s must thrive on conflict and taking what they need through conquering. Without war the hunter gatherer eventually runs out of resources with too many mouths to feed. Hunter gatherers devolved into warrior clans when food scarcity appears, so they ultimately need chaos and strife with too large a population. Survival of the fittest. Whereas Jacob’s nomadic agrarian settlers were stronger long term because of firm roots in a peaceful trade network and powerful but law abiding settlements. Survival of the smartest.

Have you ever read Revelations? Answers a lot of questions you ask. According to the scriptures, every single man was made in the Image and Likeness of God. And according to the scriptures in the New Testament in John 1, anyone who accepts Jesus is born again spiritually and becomes made in the Image and Likeness of God once again, literally becoming a “Child of God”. What does a child grow up to be like? That is why we are told to call God “Our Father” in the Lord’s Prayer. Children grow up to be exactly like their parents in almost every way. So not just Jacob, but all mankind was given the same offer and opportunity. Most refuse to take it.
