I hope they get another good draft slot for next year. I don't care about this year. I just want this guy to play and sit Maye until the kid is absolutely ready. I want Jacoby to help the new offensive players and give them some NFL experience before Drake takes over. Glad he's back.

I wish they would stop asking him about Maye. This is HIS interview. He’s competing for the job just like everybody else. If Maye gets the job over Jacoby, Zappe, or Milton he better have earned it. I’m tired of people acting like he’s the chosen one.

A lot of the talking heads on sports radio , dis Jacoby and think he’s not good enough to get the Patriots back in the win column, they are gonna be proven wrong ! Jacoby has the talent and the drive to lead this team back to being winners again , I’d like to see him be the starter and play the whole season, he’s more than capable of putting the ball in the hands of the receivers, it’ll be interesting to see what the two rookie receivers can do !

Jacoby is the man, good player, but he is a 3rd rounder with more losses than wins in the NFL. This is not a Tom Brady, Not an Alex Smith, Not a Drew Bledsoe, etc. Drake Maye is a francise QB and even if he does not start, he should have more reps in practice than not to build his NFL vision and strength. Jacoby is a great backup, but Drake has an ability that comes into the NFL that is special, something with an open top.

Last 3 years Minshew: 26 games, about 4000 yds, 21 TDs, 14 INTs Brissett: 30 games, about 4000 yds, 22 TDs, 10 INTs That's with Minshew starting more games and Jacoby starting 0 games last year. Oh and Minshew was sacked more than Brissett in that time. Would like your definition of "much better"...
