At the end of the day. Publishing should be given to the artist. Period. They are the creators of the sound, and most of them have their own studios and are producers/singers/songwriters & musicians. I still never understood why these record companies want these huge large investments. Especially if the loan that their giving these artists is lower than what they wanting back. Smh
Your right. But unfortunately the major labels have to push the records, promote the records and the artist. Labels should be more upfront and honest with artists and make publishing deals up front. Instead of later down the line.

alpha omega no it's not some major labels give out 360 deals but Qc is an atlanta based independent label none of their artists have 360 deals. Don't take my word for it look it up yourself and u will see. Joe Budden don't know that's why he was asking and yachty said he don't have a 360 deal Pee the CEO of Qc said he doesn't have a 360 deal so tell me where r u getting your information from.
