Retired LE here. You showed no signs of impairment and your respectful, calm demeanor, is an indicator itself. I would have written a warning to you because of your respectful demeanor and gone 10-8 which is what this troop should have done. At a minimum, I hope you have filed a complaint with the MSP on this overzealous troop trying to make a DUI case out of thin air. I hate to say it, but there are bad apples out there and he is definitely one that needs to be taken out of the barrel for accountability.
