The Jaeger-LeCoultre Duometre Spherotourbillon Jubilee is a platinum manual-wind dual time watch on a black leather strap and is one of 75 pieces. The watch measures 42.4mm in diameter not including crown, 14.3mm in thickness, and 50.3mm from lug-to-lug.

There are few reset mechanism on tourbillon though.... Lange made the first hacking tourbillon in a square case I believe, and next one was made both hack the tourbillon and reset the second hand in 1815 case. And Moris Grossman(?) made a hacking tourbillon as well... And there are quite a few of them actually on the market...
