I like posting videos of models of cars I have actually seen, like the "hippie" Porsche 917K and Martini 917Lh, the Camoradi Maserati Birdcage and so on. This is another car I've seen, and it was a Le mans winner.
Chuck. Great video and and great model. I have not been impressed with CMR ( looks like repackaged IXO ) except for the fact that models are generally of older vintage. I bought my current ONYX Jaguar D type based on another RU-vid reviewers' video on that car. Your model looks incredible and unlike other CMR models that I have seen. I have no CMR models and only about 30 IXO compared to 200 Spark. Consequently, I am looking and found this CMR model. The seller's price is a little high but, might buy it anyway. I have a lot of my viewers tell me that my reviews influenced their purchase, so I figured I'd tell you . Thanks. Had it not been for your review, I would be happy with my ONYX model. The CMR is clearly better
I found the car for 65.00 USD in 1/18 scale. I really have no room for cars that large. However, for that price and attention to details, I will buy it . Are you still residing in California?
@@markzebr6463 That price would be what I would have paid were it not for a Black Friday discount. I haven't lived in California for a while but I try and go out to the Monterey Car Weekend fairly regularly.
