Jaguar XF shift lock override 

Even when you breakdown when you have to push the car out the way thats how you do it too otherwise it wont move

Say what! What is shift lock? You can always shift on paddles.

I have a 2015 XF and there’s nothing there 😭

Jaguar XF cars are impressive

Opened it up on this XF and there is nothing there to operate

No emergency release on these ?. XF should be under the cover that goes across the center console . Knowing where they are helps iff you do repo work lol . Air bag in the door frame and wire down to pull the door handle and " thank you " where's the release and it's gone ..... Love the look on peoples faces when they tell you they lost the keys so the car can't be taken lol ... A woman in Grimsby told me the car hadn't moved in 6 months - funny how the Sainbury sandwiches on the passenger seat were in date as i passed her the school letter's dated the day before lol .
