I think all the HiFi upgrades were done to drown out the sound of the fuel pump ! Maybe just get a pro to sort out all the amplifier wiring etc ? Presumably it all worked pretty well once ?

Why the hell is it? Just about every car you buy to restore, the wiring is always a rat's nest. Maybe they should teach basic electrics in primary school, rather than social engineering.

Great to see at least some of the kitchen recycled. Should be good. You saved a heap of time by ditching all that wiring. Looked like it bodge job on a bodge job. .
