@lolofarhigh Yep you are right I confused myself picturing in my head the 10" of Kunta Kinte which is on Ariwa. Both heavy tunes which have a slightly less heavy different production on 10" I guess, they associated themselves in my head. The Entebbe 10" has the red sleeve with the picture of Ras Imru on the front, right?
The kunta kinte dub is one of the biggest dub plates that shaka ever played especially in Northampton after coxsone signed off the session with fort agustas by juniour Delgado in hearing that shaka turned back on his hamps and dropped kunta kinte I also bearded that the original kun Kin dub was invented by a small splinter group off of big brother group matumbi called black volts who all went to Spencer park secondary school the tune was originally started at the school I did read it somewhere but I don't know if it is true maybe someone who knows alotore can enlighten me more cause it is always interesting to gain more knoledge in sound system history but when you talking bout sound system history shaka and cocsone inspired alot of people to build there own mobile disco as white people use to call it thanks let's hear more on this subject
