They definitely do, in terms of close range, Ken and Ryu’s moves come out faster, plus they can easily pressure their shields. Ken’s punish game is especially terrifying.
Jahzz0 is doing so many different things with Ken, with a game plan against Terry and Kazuya, while Terry and Kazuya just keep doing one thing and its lame. Jahzz0 just seems to be the better player and loved how the dlc footsie matchup terror did not affect him
riddles was tilted. the way he recovered in game 2 and 3 - he wasn't even trying at tha t point. U never see him recover so careless, but he wanted so badly to hit jahzzo he just flew straight back into him!

Riddles looses to characters with better mashing. Kens D-tilt is just way better than riddles jabs…but now seeing him shimx on riddles kazayu is proving hes a better player
Stop pretending spammable quick autoturnaround dtilt requires skill of any kind. The entirety of Ryu’s and Ken strategy relies on this bullshit to land combos. It's everything else (spacing, edge guard and footsies) that requires skill because their combos are as unescapable as Kazuya and Terry. Stop blaming DLC overpowered on mechanics that you don't like.
it's not the characters it's the player, Jahzz0 played incredibly, congratz, Riddles is an awesome player, Kazuya is cheap i think he better polish his Terry to me that's the better character and looks more legit.
Surprise, surprise a shoto main user knows very well how to fight a non shoto user. I mean a terry player cannot handle fighting a character with aim bot.
@@bigredog100yeah but most Terry players are not good at playing neutral. They rely too heavily on frame data advantage. Whereas true shoto players actually play neutral and mix up their gameplay. Literally what we saw in the video and the point of the op’s comment.
@@rey3468this is Riddles we’re talking about. He can play neutral just fine, Jhazzo0 came with the mu notes and was more prepared for Riddles than Riddles was for Jhazz0.
Welp didn't know there were punks left still discussing the kazuya ban... welp let's get started on how BROKEN he is right? Slowest character in the game, slowest shield and dodges in the game, huge size, super heavy, combo food, has ZERO reliable out of shield defense options, awful frame data on EVERY move except EWGF, HIGHLY exploitable recovery, and always has to pray for his life when approaching cuz of his slow ass crouch dash. On top of that even his STRENGTHS have weaknesses. He can only rely on TWO moves to take stocks or even inflict meaningful damage, which is EWGF, or down-B with ragedrive, making his kill options HIGHLY predictable, and I reiterate, combine this with his lack of proper defense, huge size, super heavy weight, and complete absence of zoning options or shield pressure, it hands him one of the worst disadvantage states any character could have in the entire game. On top of that, all of his combos are very difficult to pull consistently and even if he does land a single EWGF, he has to watch DI like a hawk in order to connect his combos reliably. With Kazuya, if you're ever up against a good foe who knows the Kazuya MU well, unless they're careless, it's gonna be really tough, especially when u have a stock deficit or even damage deficit. Should i also add, he has ZERO ledgetrapping options, D-smash SUCKS off stage, plus he has one of the WORST edgeguarding in the entire game. Sure he has neutral special, but that has WAY too much startup and end lag, you're almost never going to land one, it's pretty much just a baby sniping tool against careless opponents lol Now don't get me wrong I am NOT disregarding kazuya's strength, cheese, and great results across the board. It's just that the reason why the kazuya haters want him banned (his special abilities and combos) are automatically invalidated because it is clear that a lot of schitt holds Kazuya back as well. I know more than anyone how annoying it is when he kills u at freaking 40% or 50%, but it's mostly your fault honestly, kazuya relies on careless opponents to get stocks and wins. No need to take it on the character, he has a mountain to climb like you. Kazuya players work very hard to win.
@@ragames7320 I hate to do this after you made this well done counterpoint, but I was saying that sarcastically because Riddles kinda got bodied as Kazuya 😅 I completely believe that he is not banworthy by any means
