I like how she said they are flock animals they need other people/animals then when the guy tries to pet them, “aww hellllll naw”. Birds are picky lovers lol
My cockatiel would only let mum cuddle with him, he would let me pick him up and would sit on my shoulder or rub his face on me but it took 18 years before he wouldn't bite my hands if I did anything other than step up or feed him. My brother couldn't touch him and the only time he'd interact with my dad was to shit on him and go back to cuddling with mum. I miss that little guy. He may not have let me touch him for years (outside of stepping up) but we still had our games and routines that he had with no one else and he would flock call so loudly for both myself and mum that we could hear him from the bottom of the driveway as we opened the car doors. Sometimes if I sat in the car after turning it off, I'd hear him screaming even with the door closed.
Trust me, as someone with a green cheek conure, that’s actually a good reaction. Being content with touch from unfamiliar people is a lot better than “I don’t know you. I should bite your finger off.”
My cockatiel liked having everyone near him but only snuggled with my mum. Then when he was 17 1/2 and I was 19, he started to sit on my shoulder instead of somewhere high up and while recovering from surgery, he screamed and screamed all morning even after my mum uncovered his cage and was with him, until I woke up and mum brought him to my room. He snuggled with me and was extra affectionate just as long as hands were kept away unless doing peekaboos or stepping up. The only other time he flew down to me after finding his high spot to chill was when I whacked my bad knee on the bed and was writhing in pain on the verge of tears. He flew down to my feet and started talking to them, doing heart wings and everything. I'll never forget that birb. He was with me for most of my life and even if he wasn't cuddly with anyone other than mum for most of those years, we still had a good bond and had our little games.
Man, my green cheeked conure died last month from old age. She was a sweet and gentle gift sent for the family ❤ Still can’t believe she’s gone 🥺 I hope she is in a happy place - RIP Kiwi ❤️🩹
I'm honestly surprised Jaden doesn't have like an army of birds like it's an Alfred Hitchcock movie when you walk into her house just crap loads and crap loads of birds
Because she is a bird owner, and the main thing a bird owner will tell you is to NOT get a bird. She got Tofu so Ari wouldn't be alone when she works, and 2 is pretty much the limit cus fuck getting a bird
@@Lubuntuuser You could’ve done that with the animation, hell I’d argue the animation’s face is more iconic for her brand than her actual face at this point. Though I am curious as to why?
My brother had a lil bird. She was so cute and fun. Quite talkative as well. But because my brother had to work so much just to afford house bills, food. Family supplies etc. he was away often. We think his bird died due to getting ill from homesickness. He was devastated when his bird died. They were quite attached. ❤
Is this short after the incident where Jaiden found a nest, both birds had secretly made behind a drawer and laid eggs? Afterwards, she found out Ari is male and Tofu is female.
Had an ex with one, little bugger chewed up cables and stole one of the rhino symbols on one of my shirts. but I know she wouldn't give them away and I can't blame her
@@firepuppies4086 that’s a hard one. If a pet is problematic in a relationship the pet comes first before the relationship. This is a part of them and it would be unfair to ask them to get rid of it. If you date a cat person you need to be okay with the cats. Same goes for any pet. It’s a lifestyle adjustment you shave to work with.
@@dylandreisbach1986 oh no I mean the little birb was a bit of a rabble rouser but wasn't an issue in the relationship. She was good with animals and frankly, I like them too. I just mean to say birds can be pretty curious
I have two rats and they seee as a member of their colony and do bond with me through allogrooming theu also love licking tea off peoples fingers and sleeping
I had one as a kid. It was shpoosed to be my moms though but was bonding to me so i tried to stop but she didnt pick it up so she/he just got aggressive
@@Zonefire15tofu is confirmed a female. She made sure she got a female bird as a second pet so Ari would neither be alone or upset to have a friend. Ari she doesn’t know for sure but she just refers to Ari as a he.
@@GrumpyTy34erno she confirmed it was tofu in that video she said laying that many eggs does something to a birds insides. She say it multiple times in that animation video
