I have not tried sinigang na lechon and will try it. I really like your dishes. Just want to share my style of cooking sinigang. My kids want a little thicky sauce. I normally use spare ribs so when I boil the ribs the gabi goes with it until tender and ready to mash. You may leave some unmashed gabi to be chewed.
