Spectacular performance Jake. This song goes round and round in my head throughout the day, every day. I bought a couple of your CDs so that I can fall in love with more of your music. I 'discovered you about 21/2 years ago. A bit of serendipity that has made me so happy over time. A fan of yours who is a 76 year old grandmother.
he has an amazing/sweet voice together with that guitar,,,something like hearing again some 70's,80's or 90's song/voice....this would probably a song I would love to hear before going to sleep...

I have been a big fan of Jake Bugg since 2014, he is my all time favourite artist, and I have even covered many of his songs on stage through the years, because he has so many amazing songs and I want to perform all of them. I have watched many of his live performances videos here on RU-vid, but I always keep coming back to this one, because this is the best one. It is just perfect, and the full orchestra fits right in and adds to the beautiful sound and lyrics to this song!
That's one of the most glorious performances I've ever seen. His guitar playing is amazing. Don't forget that it's nerve wracking to start playing such arpeggios in this setting all alone, the dynamics of his guitar playing are on point and the vocal performance is flawless. Those high pitched yells give me chills. Perfectly rendered. I saw him live in Mexico at a festival, that's how I knew of him. I was blown away and immediately hooked the second he struck the guitar and by the second chorus of two fingers I was singing.

Did you know "Broken" was used as the background music for a Nissan ad for awhile? I often wonder who got fired for that! Great song by a great musician.
