This song caused the biggest butterfly effect in my life. I remember being 12 (I'm 19 now) when that song came up on MTV and I just completely fell in love with music. That's why I bought my first guitar and that's why I'm a musician today. Jake Bugg will always be my favorite artist.

I fell in love with this song and album back when I was 6. I started watching Alex Rider the other day and fell in love all over agian and now I'm back here and I couldn't be happier.

I don't know why this song made such a big impact on my life. It played over an over in my head all of boot camp for the US Navy. So many emotions attached to this song and I am unsure why. Either way I am grateful and thank you 🥰

Jake Bugg is one of the very few musicians of the new musical generation that i actually enjoy listening to. I'm used to listen to older bands and musicians like Joy Divison, The Beatles and The Smiths, but i have to admit that this guy has a great voice, the lyrics of his music makes sense and are really good(we don't actually see this often in nowdays music), his musical influences are freaking awesome(i'm a fan of most of them), and the guy sounds exactly the same while playing live(that proves his voice is not manipulated with auto-tune like some other "artists" of nowdays are). He deserves more than just 2million views per video.

Jake has been one of my most recommended artists to my friends that enjoy modern folk-type music ever since I found out about him through Walk Off the Earth. At such a young age, his ability as a guitarist and lyricist is breathtaking and I revisit his discography constantly. This track's still my favorite hands-down. Thank you for your hard work, brother.

Very few artists can paint a picture with words that makes you feel like you are in the story and jake does a brilliant job with this. Anyone who grew up on a council estate and the haze of summer nights getting high and ending up in some dodgy kitchen not knowing from one minute to the next what's gonna happen but loving it anyway.

I just realized (before even learning that he's dead in the end) that he's already dead in the whole vide with the symbolism / representations I noticed... The day after the party, he's already dead with blood and everything in the white bathroom. The t-shirt with the holes shows where they stabbed him at the night of the party (according to the song "everyone here has a knife"). His girlfriend couldn't see him. The hand print on the glass is a sign of his passing / memories. The hallway with Jake is probably the limbo / purgatory. No one notices him in the pub, while the police searches for the killers. The white room with the pool table is somewhat the entrance to heaven where he learns that he's already dead. Awesome song and video!

I know I could comment this on every single song from Jake Bugg but... How is it that his songs don't have more views? With his unique style and sound that remind me of the Beatles and Bob Dylan, he has everything it takes to be a superstar, am I right? I just love his songs! :P
