Mike Elko has been tasked with shifting the culture within Texas A&M's football program, and Jake Crain of The Daily Wire believes the Aggie head man has what it takes to get the Maroon & White back to a blue-collar team. Crain explained why on Thursday's edition of TexAgs Radio.

The biggest challenge for A&M will be getting acclimated to a new coaching staff and new system with so many new players. People are leaving not because of the program; they are leaving because they are realizing they don't fit in for some reason and won't get playing time. Key facts about Texas A&M, despite the portal transfers: 1. Texas A&M ranks #1 in the SEC for returning production; 2. Texas A&M ranked #2 for portal recruits. 3. This is still a top 10 roster talent. 4. 22 of the players from the #1 All-time recruiting class are still on campus. 5. Vegas has Conner Weigman as 8th best odds for winning the Heisman. 6. The Aggies have the deepest RB room with 3 running backs who could start at most programs. 7. The DL acquired, already stout, acquired nearly 30 sacks from the portal and will be the strength of the defense. 8. A&M weaknesses or "question marks" will be at LB depth; WR production; O-line unit.

Crain has always laid it down correctly. I think Elko will bring back the Good Ole hard working, playing together, staying focus, die hard team back to Aggie Land. Discipline goes a long way and he brings that to the table.

Let me paraphrase, if I may? We need to bring the “red ass” back! The Twelfth Man still has it, and they always will! But it’s been largely absent among the team members and the players! The rest of the world calls it “blue collar “but in Aggieland, it is known as the “red ass “Let’s get “red ass”again!!! Hooraaahhh & Gig’em!!! Mark Schneider MD class of ‘73

Daily Wire guy claiming "facts over feelings" after they canned Candace Owens for reporting the facts in Gaza is equal parts sad and hilarious

@@nobleguy2019 I wouldn't bring it up if he didn't bring it up himself. I've watched enough of that show to know when his employer in Tel Aviv want him to comment on something not sports related.
