She always villified Alan despite him doing nothing wrong to her during their marriage, and pretty much drove Alan to homelessness after their divorce and even in spite of that, she still expected Alan to pay all of her bills. Talk to a good lawyer before marriage. It's too easy to lose your stuff if it gets mixed into a matrimonial home purchase, for example.
