Nearly 2 months and over 20 full listens later, I still struggle to find any song in this album that I couldn't listen to for hours on end. I am in awe at how you manage to make every single song better than the last.

I love how it builds up to Walk Away and then descends to the last song. Not using descend in a negative way, but in more of the traditional storytelling arc of conflict, rising action, climax, falling action, resolution. I just went full nerd on this, but I don’t care because I think this is genius, even if Jake didn’t do it on purpose.

He’s into various rap genres (Juice WRLD, Travis Scott) while I’m old as hell and grew up listening to pop punk & emo (New Found Glory and Jimmy Eat World might be some of the more widely known ones).
