Hamas can stop everything immediately by returning all hostages. And they can stop using human shields. Full stop. Only Hamas can make those two things happen. Otherwise - they have zero say in how Israel rescues its citizens.

Interesting how when Biden suddenly annnounced a ceasefire deal, it’s Hamas that’s taking its sweet time in agreeing to it, but for so many months the US and many western countries were reluctant to call for a ceasefire stating it would be a reward to Hamas and that Israel needs to finish Hamas. Especially considering this deal is really no different from the previous one that Hamas agreed to but Israel rejected.

These hostages were in the so called civilian/ humanitarian zones. At this point there are no civilians in these zones since civilians don’t hold hostages in their homes. They are all at minimum accomplices.

Sadly the world is heading towards another world war, we have expansionist ideologies with Israel, we have the west expanding into Ukraine, Russia has put the red line as they see this exactly like Russian missiles in Cuba. Sadly we have very weak leaders in the West, we have western society in disarray. There is an expansion towards the extreme right in a reaction to so much immigration. The world is in a total state of flux, where we will end is anybody's guess but if strong Democratic leadership does not appear in the Western nations then we are surely heading towards a catastrophe abyss.

And Netanyahu said he is not going to accept this deal as he doesn't believe in complete cease fire. So if Netanyahu is saying this how will Hamas be sure to accept this deal and again be ridiculed.
