What is fun about his win at 1500m at the European Championship, is that he was wondering why he was alone on the last 100m and slowed down slightly, because as he told it, he thought that it might have been one lap remaining, but then pushing the last meters to finish first. That's why he looks so confused after finishing, not understanding that he won the race. He told this in the NRK-serie Team Ingebrigtsen.

Well it's true that he was wondering why he was alone on the last 100m and slowed down but the main reason was a mistake from the host´s having a sign in the finish area showing 1 more lap to go. He slowed down so much that he only won by centimeters and simply wasn't sure before the results were confirmed.

Didn't know he is running some 3000m steeplechase on occasions, this guy can definitely run anything from 800m to 10000m or more. Can't wait to see what he can do at the olympics and next world championships.

He will win. But depending on if they want to give him chance to win more distances. They can but most likely not

And now he is olympic champion at 1500 and world champion at 5000. And he is still just 21....

don not forget Jakob ingbrestan won the European u 20 championships at 16 then 17 then18 then 19

still believe that he will break the mile record, possibly the 1500 and the 5000. its refreshing to see a non Kenyan/ethipoean dominating at these distances
