Jalapeno Mead - Capsicumel - Is it finally done? Capsicumel, or Pepper Mead, even Chile Mead, is honey wine fermented with peppers or chiles, in our case, our home grown jalapenos. The peppers add heat, but more importantly an additional chile flavor you just can't get any other way. It's Brian's favorite mead, by far. It's hot, sweet and rich. This is the fourth video in our Capsicumel adventure, and in this one we give it a final taste test and bottle it. I don't think it will last long.
