Jalapeno Popper Stuffed Pork Chops 4 thick cut bone in pork chops 8oz cream cheese 1 1/2 tablespoon minced garlic 1jalapeno deseeded and minced (I used half but the whole thing would be perfect) 6oz cheddar cheese (shredded) onion powder, garlic powder and cajun seasoning sprinkled on both sides of pork chops
My hubby would love this! I'm thinking mashed potatoes and green beans. Oh, or squash! Say, before i grate cheese, it gets 20 minutes in the freezer. So easy!

I buy the mild Jalapenos...I've discovered the darker the jalapeno, the milder they are, once they turn light and also start changing colors is where the heat comes in...so far the method of finding the dark green jalapenos has worked for me. I don't like really spicy food either. Yes, I'm still struggling with Keto...I was bad for Easter, at baked beans, potato salad and strawberry shortcake with real sugar and whipped cream. The stuffed chops are keto friendly
@@astheroostercrows6435 shame on you, lol. Yea I noticed you grated the cheese. I didn't find out til I quit keto about the potato starch in the bagged cheese. I started gaining back weight so I quit, smh
