I explore new musical ideas using a drum machine and two synthesizers, multitrack recording in Ableton Live. The sound is kept simple as I focus on capturing simple patterns and sounds that I can later arrange into full tracks in Ableton. I usually wait a few months until i go back to the recordings, so it will sound a bit fresher to my ears.
