Jam pie or Italian Crostata
300 gr. wheat flour
100 g of sugar
150 gr. butter, cool
1 egg
1 egg yolk
1 tsp baking powder
a pinch of salt
1 tbsp milk or water
zest of 1/2 lemon
200 ... 250 gr. thick jam
Bake the cake at 374F -35 ... 40 minutes.The baking time and temperature depend on the characteristics of the oven.
