France has a very low altitude of 35m unlike Jamaica 350m. If Thompson can do 9.68 into a head win in Paris, he can surely beat Bolt 9.58 a year or 2 years later at a very high altitude or above 1m/s tail wind. Good luck to him tho

Kishane should win the gold but he's not a Bolt clone in any sense. He's Powell x Blake. Bolt was a completely unique set of abilities - the giraffe stride with the rapid turnover of a short person and the reactions of a normal sized nervous system, coupled with completely unprecedented power generation. He was the perfect storm of sprint abilities that shouldn't really be possible in one body - but was....Kishane has Powell/Blake type ceiling - around 9.65-9.75 or so I think
