1/2 tsp pink salt
1/2 tsp allspice / mixed spice
1 tsp nutmeg
1 1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup grated coconut
1tsp cinnamon powder
1 tsp ginger powder
1/2 tsp cloves
2 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup melted butter
1tsp vanilla
2tbsp rum
Bake at 350F
Bake for 1 hours 45mins
