This recipe of Jamaican Style chicken foot soup is an absolute favorite, usually Saturdays is the soup day and it’s a must have, it rich, flavorful and nutritious.
*INGREDIENTS*
1-2 Pounds Chicken Feet or Chicken
2-3 Pounds Pumpkin
1 large carrot
1-2 pounds Yam (white or yellow yam) or yam of choice
2 medium Potatoes
2 twig Scallion & Thyme
1 whole green pepper
1 pack cock soup (with pumpkin) Maggie or Grace
1-2 packs Maggie all purpose seasoning
Salt to taste
3 cloves chopped garlic
1 tbsp pimento seeds (all spice berries)
7-8 Cups water
