Oh yeah, bruh! Big ups! Respect! I've been introducing jerk items to my community here in Ky. I'm retired and originally from Chicago. Am very familiar with Jamaican cuisine...courtesy of Jamaican relatives! I grow my own peppers, garlic, ginger, scallions and onions. You have a nice recipe. Love your channel! Respect!
Thanks Papa George! I was born in Chi-Town but only lived there the 1st year of my life. Still have family in Aurora. I need to start growing some peppers and garlic in my back yard, I have the space and just yesterday my wife and i was talking about it! Thanks for supporting the channel! Take care.
Wow, perfect ribs, cooked perfectly. I have not tried that sauce but I will get some soon because I love jerk flavor, I just created a Jerk Seasoning and Jerk Shrimp & Grits and they are pretty good. Saw that you ordered one of each, well give me some pointers to help me make them better. I am enjoying your videos, they are so informative. Great Job!!
I like those jamaican style jerk ribs... Does the jamaican rub u used to spear on the ribs come in a shaker bottle as to where u cld shake it onto the meat?? Hopefully 1 day I cld get my arsenal of grills up to par like what u hav... So far I hav 2 22" weber kettle grills , 1 performer grill & s 14" wsm.. I'm hoping 1 day of adding a 18"r 22" wsm , pbc r uds drum smoker & lsg ( longstar grill .. I like what ur doin .. I like how u explain step by step on what ur cookn too... As always keep up the good work & producing gr8 videos
Congradulations on 10K Subscribers You have great content constantly bringing fresh ideas. Showing us the different bbq equipment to formulate great bbq. I definately have to try the jerk ribs.
Hey John. I hope all is well. Thanks for the congrats and for always being a supporter of the channel. You are gonna love the jerk ribs! Let me know when you give it a try. Have a good weekend.
2 of my favorite jerk seasoning/paste are JCS Boston & Walkerswood. I do the opposite, I use the jerk seasoning as a glue for my homemade spice rub. Either way is just as good. *EXCELLENT VIDEO!*
Man those look like they were amazing. I was just thinking of doing some Jerk style ribs myself. Great job brother! New subscriber to your channel as of now!!
Bro this was amazing. I been wanting to do some jerk ribs and this is it here. Actually first time seeing a video of yours so I went ahead and subscribed.
I would say they were mildly hot. The longer you let them marinade the hotter they will end up. If you like intense heat, let them marinade overnight. The jerk sauce was called Charlie King’s Jerk Sauce.
Good question Harry. I was amazed at the performance and how there was no sparking. It must be a secret only known to them as i have never witnessed this in the past with other brands
D- dangit!! I'm in south florida I know jerk!! U made me hongry when I saw the jamaican rub!! It's a GOTTA have here!! It's 5am I just got off work looking at u !!! Get it did D!!!!
Thanks Curtis! You have been a supporter of the channel for years now! I really appreciate your feedback and the motivation you give from your awesome comments!
Still the most versatile grill I own. If I had to chose just one for home use it would be the summit. For catering it would be the ole hickory pits Ace MM. Thanks for checking out the video.
D,eff the mustard binder!!!! Nice move.. excellent flavor binder, momma's gonna whoop u!! The mess u made, u should have got the rack pan first!! They were jumping off your cutting board!!!😆 You're supposed to try a spoonful first!!! LMBO 😄, TTYL I hate The 321 method.. just saying.. on my kamado , don't need it .
Rookies are the worst, those ribs will never get done with him leaving the top open. I knew we were in trouble when he had not taken the seal off his ingredients before doing the video.
