Ingredients:
1 14 oz Goya red beans( soak over night in about 3 cups water with garlic)
6 cloves garlic
1/2 onion
4 stalks scallion
About a tsp allspice
1 large carrot
1 whole scotch bonnet pepper
1 tbsp freshly grated ginger
Few sprigs thyme
1/4 red, yellow and green bell peppers
4 cups coconut milk( I used homemade but canned is fine)
Roughly 5 cups water
1/2 tsp Sazon seasoning
Dash Black pepper
Dash Coriander
2 small vegetable bouillon cube (optional)
**Use all purpose seasoning of your choice
To make spinners
Roughly 1 and 1/4 cups spelt flour
Add enough water to form a firm dough
Cook time roughly 2 hours
