Great video I appreciate the authenticity of everything about it. The only thing I would do different is only with the bananas, i would slice it down the seam but cook it in the skin find out it keeps the color and moisture. Overall great job!😊

That's why sometimes when they cook the stuff and it dont comes out, like yours they dont listened. Everything you said i know about them becaz me a old timer like you. Miss debbie cooking one of my favorites. Shad too is a good salted fish. I scall these salted fish just 1 time for about 5min then clean the skin off and shread. Soak twice changing the water let drain. If necessary soak again to taste.
