Jamaican Sweet Potato pudding
3 lbs. sweet potato
1 lbs. yam
1 1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup cornmeal
1 cup sugar
2 cups coconut milk
4 tbs melted butter
2 tbsp vanilla
1 tbsp molasses
1 tsp cinnamon powder
1 tsp mixed spice
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup raisin
Bake in a 350 degrees oven for 1 hour and 40 minutes
