I like how u incorporate the mixture separately. But I'm wondering why you didn't use the natural coconut milk and i like the old fashion way of putting some of the coconut trash into the pudding. Great job!
Use about 1 cup coconut milk, add a teaspoon of vanilla, 1 tablespoon brown sugar, 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder mix it together, then pour it on top then put it bk in the oven for 15 minutes

Yam, cocoa and casava can be use for binding but you have to know how to use casava tho. If you use more natural binding like yam etc you will use less flour which is even better
