This is the original version that was used in the movie as well. The version that T-series has released on RU-vid is a remade version. If one listens closely, the difference can be felt.
@@acinationexcept it didn't. T series has brought it's rights for animal movie and has made this viral now for billions people around the world. As someone who have watched Bollywood movie, let me tell you that this will be around the world, even in europe and Africa because animal is performing extremely good in europe and America

The setup of this song is smeared with stereotyping of muslims. I loved this song too (that's why i am here). But I feel compelled to mention here - the way they portrayed the muslim bedding all 3 of his wives is just what the masses need for dehumanising muslims and hence turning their faces away when they are being myrdered and by mobs. I sincerely hope these cultural depictions would be more pleasant for a change.

Jamal Qadu or Jamal Kudu is a Persian song in the Hurmuzgani dialect originally composed by Iranian songwriter Ibrahim Shahdousti (b. 1951?) in 1973. The song is in Bandari style and has been covered several times. In 1975, the Khatira girls' high school choir performed a famous version of this song. This is the same version we can hear in the" Animal" movie.
I am half Indian and half Iranian. I really feel both the cultures and tge spirit of both nations in myself. I'm so glad to hear this Persian song in India. God bless Iran and India.🇮🇷🇮🇳
Ohh great😂 so where do u live like USA?? Because your parents would have been met at USA or european country only and U are a muslim Or hindu Or Zoroastrian??
❤ Hindustan and thanks for bringing light to this folklore song. This performance (from the girls high school choir) is from about 50 years ago and it is an adaptation of a folklore song in south Iran (siahe zangi (Jamaloo) refers to black immigrants from Zanzibar, Tanzania)
This song is one of Iranian nostalgia. As an Iranian person, listening to this song reminds me of the joys that we people experienced at weddings and celebrations and that such joys are connected with our deep suffering. Wounded people who are looking for happiness and because of the injustice that had been done to them have no choice but to enjoy each and every note of these happy songs.
The song is a duet between an Iranian white woman and a Zangi black man (Afro-Iranian with origin from Zanzibar) from southern Iran. In the song, the woman affectionately tells the man that he has captivated her heart. The man, in turn, playfully urges her to dance, complimenting her beauty, asking her so shake her chest that reminds him of white marble. This humorous and old song symbolizes the harmonious integration of African culture into Iranian society. It stands as a testament to peaceful cultural blending, countering narratives that view such historical interactions through a lens of racism. The song serves as a reminder of the importance of embracing diversity in contemporary society.
Siah Zangi is a term that is used to describe the face of a man or woman who has dark or black skin, and it does not actually mean a person from Zanzibar. This means that their skin color is similar to the skin color of Zanzibar people.
Giving the song the value it deserves. i am not persain or Iranian, i am from Afghanistan we do speak Dari language and Pashto language too but this song rocked it and salute to Indian film industry who introduced us this masterpiece.
Thank you people of Iran for giving us this masterpiece. Listening to this song on loop since last week ever since I watched Animal. Love from India 🇮🇳❤ 🇮🇷
Being Indian I was not aware of lyrics, but the song made an instant connect with all the positive vibes, joyous and happy mood lifting feel. Limited instruments but the melody is something else. Melody is king here.

@@saiko-no-kami I think it differs from person to person in how they choose to interpret what's written in their holy book. There are so many schools in Islam, I think it is reductive to hold on to only one idea. I mean my favourite song of 2023 comes from Pakistan. And some of my favorite songs are in fact from a pakistani band.
This song is nostalgic for any Iranian. We used to sing this at weddings when there were no DJ or bands. Everyone sang together and clapped and danced ❤
@@penguinwise The new generation don’t hear these songs as much, mainly because they’re from the time of the King before the 1979 revolution. We listened to these because back then there was much less music available than now so these kids go with the new stuff and don’t get educated.
But India took music to new heights. Classical music brought sophistication and culture. This is something that blondehaired-Europeans thought they possessed. How little did they know.
I don't know Farsi, but I love the song, music has no boundaries, no religion, and of course no cast, colour or country, Salute to the great Persian civilization

I am from Afghanistan and when I was in cinema watching Bobby entry scene with this Persian song, I was like maybe something is wrong with my ears or glitch with cinema screen. I was so surprised and later believed and carried away. Whoever thought of this scene and with this song combination is a genius.
This song gives me a dopamine boost. Without knowing the meaning, I feel a surge of positive energy within me. Well done to the original composer and Persian* culture 🥂👏👏
Man dancing with Bobby in the end is lookalike of real singer of this Iranian Song. Also get up of chorus artists resembles a lot to Iranian theme. Hats off to creator of this song in the movie. Whilst it's a Bollywood movie but since song is taken from Persia, they retained the complete Persian theme too. Bollywood has actually given correct tribute to Persians and this song. Very well done 👏👏
My mother said thar they sang this song when she was 6 years old. I am from Afghanistan and when listened this song ib theatre in Moscow - I felt Very happy ❤

Correction in the translation: the word "siah-e-zangi" is translated to "black-rusted". The word "Zang" has multiple meanings in Farsi on of them being "rust". However, in this context it means someone who is from "Zangbar" or "Zanzibar" in Tanzania.
This is a folk music from the south of Iran. An Iranian woman who fell in love with a black man from Zanzibar. This man's name is Jamal and now he is far from her. Se says, you have made my heart bleed, and I have become crazy because of your departure like Majnoon
